What should I do if I sent less or more than the specified amount?

If you send an amount less than the minimum threshold, the exchange will not be completed. If the amount differs from that specified in the application but exceeds the minimum, the exchange will still take place, and you will receive the equivalent amount based on the amount actually sent.
