What if I forget my login email?
In the event that you lose access to the email used to log in to your Passimpay account or to your 2FA, or if your account has been compromised, we can assist you with account recovery. To begin the recovery process, please follow the steps below:
Please send an email to [email protected] containing the following information:
- Your Passimpay login and registered email address.
- Photos of the documents used during your KYC verification, placed on a white sheet along with the current date and your Passimpay username.
- The last five incoming and outgoing transactions.
- The IP address you most commonly use to log in.
- Any additional information you can provide.
You will receive a decision regarding the restoration of your account, or a request for further information, within 24 hours.
