Our members will review and respond to your request within 24 hours. You will get a notification, and a message from the support agent will appear in the chat on the website. 

The existing tickets remain available for you, and you can get back to them at any time to continue the discussion if there are new details concerning your request. Use this method until you get a solution. Please create a ticket only in case of technical problems and payment issues.
