What is the Service Fee?

Service Fee is a percentage that PassimPay charges users for the use of its tools and features. The service fee depends on the transfer amount and is charged from the amount transferred while depositing. 

Service fees differ depending on your account type:

• Personal account: from 0.1% to 1% of a transfer amount;
• Business account: contact us and get an individual pricing offer starting from 0.5% (3.5% by default). For business accounts, the minimum fee rate depends on the business area, company turnovers, and other aspects. 

While executing transactions, the system calculates the optimal fee amount for each cryptocurrency at a certain time. It depends on the network load, transfer amount, and many other factors.
