I paid the full amount, but the exchange rate has changed, and the system is asking for an additional payment. What to do?
If you have paid the full amount, but the system shows that the invoice is not paid in full and a small amount is missing, then the exchange rate has changed. In this case, there are two options:
- Pay the difference, taking into account the new rate, and the payment will be accepted by the system automatically.
- Ask the person who issued the invoice to confirm payment. If the merchant has received the required amount to the account, they can confirm this in the invoice settings. In this case, no additional payment on the invoice is required.
