Fee Charging System Update

Starting 5 December, PassimPay is transitioning to a new Service Fee charging structure for all new users. From now on, a fee will be applied when depositing or receiving funds into your account. This adjustment is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline our services.

Use PassimPay for you and your business with low fees

For the users who registered before 5 December, your account will remain on the current fee-charging approach — the fee is paid upon withdrawal.

However, if you prefer to switch and pay the fee when receiving funds, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected]. We will gladly assist you in transitioning your account to the updated Service Fee system.
