In what case can a payment be cancelled?

Usually, a client can't make a payment due to an error in the recipient's address or because of technical problems with the network. Another reason for a transaction cancellation is under suspicion of an account hack. In this case, the payment is frozen in the PassimPay system until you confirm it.
