What is a Master Key?

The Master Key is an additional layer of protection for your account. After registration, our system will generate a unique code (Master Key), which you need to remember. You will need it to restore your account.

If you have lost access to your account, you can restore it via email. But if you can't log in to your email inbox, you can restore your account and change your email only with a Master Key. 

Important: the Master Key is shown only once during registration, and only the user can see and know it. PassimPay employees can never see this code. 

If you forget your Master Key, it will be impossible to regain access to your account.

Copy and duplicate your master key and keep it in a safe place. Do not provide your account login or master key information to anyone! The responsibility for the safety and confidentiality of the Master Key lies entirely on the user. If you disclose your Master Key to third parties, you risk losing access to your account, and all your funds can be stolen.
