Partnership between Tether and Georgian government on cryptocurrency

Tether Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Georgian government under which it will promote blockchain technology development and other cryptocurrency innovations in the country.
Plans of Tether fo the future
Tether will create a special fund to provide investments and grants to local start-ups developing blockchain-based services.
The second step will be to promote the adoption of digital communications and peer-to-peer payment systems in public administration and the private sector.
Educational impact of Tether
The company also intends to promote educational programs and initiatives to enhance the skills of students and subject matter experts in blockchain, stablecoins, and P2P technologies.
As a reminder, in May Tether Limited and Georgian University of Business and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding to promote cryptocurrency and blockchain education in the country.
